Morgan's new Premium Platform features an innovative new stake rack that is 37% stronger with non-corrosive, 12 gauge galvanized steel posts and slats.  The galvanized steel racks feature a new positive engagement latch that automatically locks the rack securely into the pocket.  There's a one-handed push button release for easy removal, and bolted on rack connectors for additional strength and security.

The new standard floor is 1-1/8" Apitong plywood-19 ply laminated, installed in sheets, is harder than pine flooring found to be puncture and abrasion resistant, absorbs less water, and resists cupping and shrinking.
Standard Construction Racks and Bulkhead
  • OUTSIDE RAILS
    One piece roll formed side rails
    formed of 13 ga. HSLA steel.
    Accomodates wood or steel floor options
  • STAKE POCKETS
    Formed heavy duty steel pocket welded to outside rail.  Easy replacement
  • RUB RAIL
    3/8" x 2" steel strap welded over side pockets angled flush to corners.  Impact protection and convenient tie rail.
  • SUBFRAME
    Painted 3" steel I-Beam crossmembers on 12" centers for superior strength welded to outside rails and 5" or 6" structural steel longitudinals
  • FLOOR
    1-1/8" dense apitong plywood installed with 5/16" screws.  Laminated 19 ply that resists punctures, abrasions and moisture
  • LIGHTS
    Recessed in corners with steel light protectors.  Installed on shock absorbing rubber mounts

STEEL RACKS (42" High)

  • 12 ga. galvanized steel post and 18 ga. galvanized 6-1/4" steel slat

  • 4 slats per rack, spot welded to post

  • Bolted on rack connectors

  • NEW positive engagement latch, automatically locks rack into pocket with push button release to easily remove the rack

WOOD RACKS (42" High)

  • Natural finish 12 ga. galvanized steel post

  • 5-1/2" high apitong wood slats

  • 4 slats per rack

  • New positive engagement latch, automatically locks rack into pocket with push button release to easily remove the rack

  • New washer head bolts and lock nuts installed in a staggered pattern

STEEL BULKHEAD

  • 42" OR 48" Standard sizes coated in black, please specify

  • 4 vertical steel posts

  • 25" x 25" window or 24" x full width metal window, please specify
