Compartment doors are flush with cap sides and operate on a gas pro and hidden, fully adjustable, bolt-on stainless steel hinges.  Double panel construction and a concave styling rib give the curved compartment doors added strength.  Flange mounted automotive rubber door seals provide weathertight protection to tools and equipment.  One removable, slotted shelf with dividers furnished standard (curbside).  One permanent full length, 1" high retainer on top of side compartment inside cap (one each side).

Unique heavy-duty push button locking mechanism with rotary action securely locks the compartments. High quality Royal lock cylinders are guaranteed for the life of the cap to the original owner.

Rear drop gate provides easy access to the cargo area, and securely locks with a 2-point twist-type T-handle lock.  The rear drop gate operates smoothly with two gas props and an aluminum pivot hinge (riveted).  The drop gate also features a shatter resistant 1/4" thick tinted Lexan permanent window.
