If you are a commercial customer and purchase a GM or Ford van or pickup,

you may qualify for the installation of one of several packages from Adrian.

GM Incentive Program packages assist commercial customers with the costs of preparing commercial/work type vehicles for use in the daily operations of their businesses. Customers who require the use of work-type vehicles in their daily operation are eligible for the program. Proof of Eligibility Claim must be submitted to Program Headquarters by the GM dealer.

Qualifications for the GM Program Packages

Any of the following is considered
acceptable proof of an eligible business

	Commercial business tax ID certificate
	Municipal or state business license
	Farmers Only: prior year's Schedule F (Form 1040)
	Prior year's Schedule C (Form 1040)
	GM Fleet Account Number (FAN)
	With specific prior approval only: Yellow Page listing or display ads
